Fund Raising
The Washington State Firefighters Training and Education
Fund (TEF) promotes training for Washington State Firefighters,
including structural fires, firefighter health and safety,
rescue/collapse, strategy, tactics and leadership. Wildland
fighting skills and urban interface training when wildfires
threaten lives and property.
In order to insure its success, TEF has engaged Community
Safety, LLC to develop and implement a telemarketing
fundraising and fire safety service message program.
The proceeds from these programs go directly into providing
quality and cost-effective fire service training.
Contributions to the Washington State Firefighters
Training & Education Fund, a tax-exempt organization
under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code,
are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.
